Pursuit of Happiness is a gem. The house us beautifully appointed down to the fixtures. It was spotless and cozy. There was more than enough room for our family of six. The bottom floor bedroom and media room was a perfect teen spot. The back porch was perfect for all of us. Our pup loved being able to roam on the gated wrap around porch. The only change I would recommend is adding some light in the main floor bedroom. A standing lamp light on the dresser would help tremendously. Other than that everything was just what we needed.
